Nib Wants To Demutualise And Lead Shake-up In Health Insurance

PRIVATE health insurer NIB yesterday announced plans to list on the stock exchange later this year in a move designed to pre-empt the privatisation of the state-owned Medibank and which may spark a wave of mergers in the industry.
